IS GOOD
I like the little white part you left on the top of the mane, it kinda makes her hair look a little greasy (Were you going for this?)
A few lines on the tail are a bit more noticeable than the others, and they look a bit shabby (Were you drawing on a not-so-flat surface?) as for the other lines, they're good, but I feel you used the "spread graphite around" trick too heavily, and it blurred them out too much, reminding me of the gray mess I was trying to mention before, and I still feel like they should be affected by the flow of the hair more. From what I can see of the lines, they look like you drew them in uniform, like, one line after each other, all of them parallel.Hair strands tend to get tangled up into small hair clumps, and those hair clumps into other hair clumps, hence why hair is easy to keep in one shape.
The eye might also need some more curve to it, that, or it's just big. The neck might also be misplaced, but it's just a feelin'...it seems long.
Finally, you're getting too comfortable with side-views. It's hard to get out of a habit once you make it.Try to show some more depth in pony bodies next drawing.
Wish you the best of luck!~
